Monday and Tuesday

Monday we will be spend time finishing up Ch. 15 and Ch.16 Vocabulary.  The rest of the period will be spent working Fredrick Douglas Wks/Slavery Wks. Douglas/Slavery Wks.   All of that stuff will be due on Tuesday!

Tuesday we will watch CNN students.  Then we will correct the HW from yesterday.  We will then read about the Missouri Compromise, Kansas/Nebraska Act, Compromise of 1850, Dred Scott Case, and Uncle Tom's Cabin.   The assign will be this worksheet.  Missouri Compromise/Dred Scott Case

Thursday May 12

Today as a class we will be reading pgs. 422-426 pg. 422-426 then the students will work Quiz 3 and Quiz 4 Quiz 3 and Quiz 4.


Just a reminder the test is tomorrow.  I think review sheet could be extremely helpful to you on tomorrow's test.  Ch.14 Test

Today we will be correcting CH. 14 vocab along with Quiz 1 and Quiz 2.  We will then take a Vocab Quiz.  The rest of the period will be spent reading pgs. 418-421 pg. 418-421

Tuesday May10th

Today we will be watching CNN student News.  Then we will read pgs. 413-416 pgs. 413-416 as a class.  We will then work Ch.14 Quiz 1 and Quiz 2 Ch.14 Quiz 1 and Quiz 2.  Both of these assignments will be due tomorrow.  The vocab will also be due.
